I'm a missionary in Japan. The name of my mission agency is WEC International. That's supposedly Worldwide Evangelisation for Christ, but I think I have a better idea about what it stands for...

Well, I did it!

My first time cooking Christmas dinner, with all the trimmings - turkey, gravy, bread sauce, little sausages in bacon, peas, carrots, sprouts, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes; mince pies; Christmas cake.

For fifty people. And it all worked.
